We are all taught that we need to exercise for many different reasons, to maintain good health and vitality. When you are reasonably healthy you have many opportunities to choose your form of exercise as part of your daily functions. However, if you are not so fortunate to have this freedom of choice, perhaps through disability or mobility problems, then I would suggest to you this particular form of exercise – Qi Gong.
Qi Gong is a branch of what is commonly known as a Martial Art namely Tai-Chi. Tai-Chi is known for its defensive training, but what is perhaps better known is strong links with Meditation, and health benefits.
Yoga is also very good for flexibility, and as I have said Tai-Chi offers many health benefits, alongside Meditation and to be honest all of these Ancient Arts have proven time and time again to not only been beneficial to our bodies but also steeped in spiritual knowledge which then enters the realms of achieving harmony and balance within our mind and spirit as well.
Some years back, I was in a situation where I was on Life Support, in a coma – During that time I had a Near Death Experience (NDE) and when I awoke from my coma, it took quite a while to recover from the situation that put me on life support and I suffered a lot of mobility issues, some of which I still experience today.
Looking for ways to get stronger, on a physical level, I found this YouTube Video of a very nice guy who seems to cover many issues in a very sincere and honest way. I could really relate to this person and at soul level I could feel that he was a very caring, compassionate and born teacher. This guy helped me a lot and for that reason I would like to share his work with you. So if you are someone who is limited to the exercise regime that we know is good for us, then please take a look at his blog, as he has various Qi-Gong Video’s for various parts of our anatomy that needs the help. Remember, when the Chi or Life Force can run uninterrupted throughout our body, Vitality and Well-being returns.
